This is a remote position.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sponsors and strategic partners across various industries
- Proactively initiate contact with prospects through diverse channels including cold outreach (calls, emails, text messages), networking, and industry events (virtual or in-person as applicable)
- Develop and maintain a robust and well-qualified pipeline of sponsorship opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and potential sponsors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all sponsorship inquiries and partnership-related communication.
- Ensure high levels of sponsor satisfaction through consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and the successful fulfillment of contractual obligations and benefits.
- Develop compelling and customized sponsorship proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition for each potential partner, highlighting alignment with their objectives and our organization's impact
- Create and deliver engaging presentations that effectively communicate client's mission, reach, impact, and the unique benefits of partnership
- Skillfully negotiate sponsorship terms and close agreements that meet or exceed organizational revenue goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sponsorship activities, interactions, and outcomes within our CRM system
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to prospecting, sales, and relationship management
- Prepare regular reports on sales progress, pipeline health, and achieved sponsorship revenue
- Analyze sponsorship data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in our sales strategies
