Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound communication via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with their inquiries or provide detailed product information.
  • Managing customer orders efficiently and ensuring accuracy throughout the process.
  • Supporting customer retention efforts by delivering high-quality service and personalized support.
  • Identifying, logging, acknowledging, and effectively resolving customer complaints.
  • Actively suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Following internal procedures and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documenting interactions.
  • Reporting frequently occurring issues to the support team for further analysis and escalation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Native or fluent in Slovenian (spoken and written), with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Strong customer service skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Proactive, motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Good numerical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
