Job description

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Developer Advocate to support and cultivate an external developer community for our new, yet-to-be-released cross-platform development framework. This individual will be producing compelling and informative content, including documentation, tutorials, and videos, to empower external developers. The Developer Advocate will also take a lead in community management, offering developer support, and gathering valuable feedback to enhance the user experience. This position ensures that our internal engineering team can focus on advancing core functionalities by handing off external user communications and support to you.

Required Skills

Strong technical expertise in iOS and/or Android development
Experience coding in TypeScript
Experience in content creation including documentation, tutorials, videos, and presentations
Excellent communication and social skills
Expertise in community engagement and support
Experience in analyzing user needs and providing actionable feedback

Required Education
