InspectHOA is a California-based property technology startup building next-generation technology for Homeowner Associations (HOAs). The real estate space is undergoing a once-in-a-lifetime transformation, and HOAs will not be left behind. There is a huge opportunity for improvement in efficiency and transparency. Today, our technology is used by some of the largest prop-tech companies in the space.

Our ultimate goal is to become the operating system that sits on top of all market players (buyers, owners, lenders, title companies, lawyers, investors, and more) that have to interact with HOAs.

We have spent the last 12-18 months developing our product and fine-tuning it to find a strong product-market fit. We have proven there is a significant demand for our services and have secured a solid capital investment from leading venture capitalists and angels from California.

Our team is fully remote and based in the US, EU, and India.


What will you do?


  • Handle End-to-End Training lifecycle.
  • Ensure high quality in Training delivery, learning solutions, and programs.
  • Training design - The training lead is responsible for planning the structure of training programs, designing the underlying content & instructional frameworks, and deploying a variety of tools & techniques to drive an effective understanding of the topics being delivered.
  • Training effectiveness & outcomes - training lead should drive training outcomes in line with business requirements. Training health should be continually evaluated by measuring outcomes at different times post-training. Counselling sessions need to be undertaken for trainees lacking in performance or confidence.
  • Support the planning, designing, scheduling, and coordination of training initiatives.
  • Assign, delegate, track, and perform critical project tasks from inception to completion.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify training needs.
  • Responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy, ongoing operations & execution of Learning objectives
  • Provide feedback on learning objectives and content outlines, as needed.
  • Improve training efficacy by driving the implementation of training interventions in various programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the training program's effectiveness, success and down-stream-impact periodically
  • Have a passion for supporting our employees’ career development goals
  • Design and Develop evaluation programs that analyze critical performance behaviours and metrics.
  • Partner with Capacity Planning, Operations, and Quality Management to design and deliver operational excellence in all aspects of training delivery including planning, training performance, and post-training productivity.
  • Communicating the training feedback, results, and strategy to a broad audience, including Sr. Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.


Requirements
  • Should have experience in preparing effective Training Content/Module
  • Should have excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Should have analytical ability and ability to understand the business impact, impact on Capacity Planning, P&L, Budgets, and the Learning Curve ROI
  • Should have 5+ experience in leading a training team and have experience in the End-to-End Training Process
  • Should have worked on Training and LMS tools to create audio-visual training content.
  • Should have worked on various training methodologies and have knowledge of Instructional Designing.
  • Should be proficient in using MS Excel.
  • Candidate has handled End-to-End training activities for the US Mortgage industry or Saas Company or Loan processing companies will be preferred.
