ICSC Change Coordinator

Our client, a leading global IT service provider,is recruiting for an ICSC Change Coordinator to join their business in Poland.

Responsibilities: 

• Act as a SPOC of the ICSC ART to the ASPIRE chapters for any topics relating to the ASPIRE system landscape, coordination of activities, driving and resolving changes and tasks that are “stuck”.
  

• Align system availability with ART activities (e.g. system refresh, test phases, and freeze periods), and help mitigate conflicts
  

• Escalate and resolve changes that show no progress
  

• Support the go-live planning and hypercare phase
  

• Support the Planning of ART features and Solution Architecture implementation scheduling
  

• Works with the ART RTE, and PMs to schedule and plan enabler features
  

• Monitors status and accepts implementation
  

• Aligns with the various Solution Architects in the Agile Teams
  

• ARB Preparation (this should already be completed, but just in case)
  

• Prepares new solutions for review in the DA and the ARB
  

• Follows up on recommendations and proposed actions from these bodies of governance
  

Qualifications:

• Very good technical knowledge in SAP Basis and/or functional development
  

• Knowledge in SAP Transport system, and ASPIRE change management processes
  

• Great coordinator and communication skills
