Description - You will play a pivotal role in representing our organization across Europe, with a focus on building a robust pipeline of new clients, initiating strategic engagements with senior leadership, qualifying leads, and driving revenue growth across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Client Engagement and Business Development: Proactively engage with senior client leadership, leveraging your expertise to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities that align with the organization’s strategic goals. 

Industry Presence: Attend key industry conferences and expos to generate new leads, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and position the organization as a leader in the market. Travel and Client Interaction: Independently plan and execute travel itineraries to meet clients and prospects, ensuring the achievement of set targets. Take full ownership of targets across defined customers, services, and markets, and deliver results both individually and in collaboration with a team. Service Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the organization’s service offerings, including team structures, pricing strategies, and project timelines, to effectively communicate value to clients. 

Network Utilization: Leverage your existing network and contacts to identify and engage potential leads, building a robust client pipeline. Utilize internal prospecting tools to expand outreach and identify new opportunities. 

Proposal and Contract Management: Create compelling presentation proposals and conduct preliminary reviews of contracts for prospective clients. Oversee the creation and review of work orders and change orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations. 

Strategic Sales Development: Research and identify potential clients, focusing on key decision-makers within targeted leads. Collaborate with internal teams to devise and implement strategic sales approaches, expanding the company’s database of prospects and maintaining up-to-date account information. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, regulatory, project management, and business development teams to ensure seamless synergies, foster client opportunities, and maximize engagement. 

Location – Europe (Preferable, Poland, Hungary, Spain, Italy – Native or No Visa Restrictions) Education - Graduation (Bachelor of) Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Life Sciences 

Master’s in a Life Sciences (any related field) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) 

Age - 25-34 

Experience - 3-4 years

Candidate Profile - Fluent in English 

Additional languages native to Europe, including French and Chinese, will be a plus. Should have networking and team skills 

Comfortable with using various online networking websites 

A degree or relevant experience in a business or regulatory-related field Knowledge and brief experience in either Regulatory Affairs or Pharmacovigilance Able to effectively communicate & sell to clients of all levels 

Willing to work under pressure and with defined metrics and KPIs 

Should be able to present to large groups or deliver seminars to clients and partners. Should be formal and presentable in dress-up and comfortable in initiating a lead generation
