Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of email and SMS marketing experience ideally in an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, delivering strong results while fostering great client relationships. Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A strong foundation in retention marketing strategies, with a keen interest in continuous learning and growth.

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative email and SMS marketing strategies that enhance retention and customer engagement.
  • Own client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for strategy, reporting, and results-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to bring your strategies to life through high-performing campaigns.
  • Plan and manage campaign calendars, ensuring timely execution aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and customer data to identify trends, insights, and actionable next steps for optimization.
  • Oversee implementation in top retention platforms, including Klaviyo, Yotpo, Justuno, HubSpot, Okendo, and more.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to enhance client performance.
