Schedule:
Part-time (20 hours/week) with potential to grow to full-time
Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 1 PM US Pacific timezone
Responsibilities:
Create and execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact
Develop engaging content for LinkedIn and website updates
Transform project photos and videos into attention-grabbing marketing materials
Manage HTML email campaign creation and distribution
Create targeted content for different audience segments (architects, builders, developers)
Track and monitor campaign performance metrics
Coordinate with internal team to gather project materials and content
Maintain and update website content with current projects
Follow up on email responses and manage campaign sequences
Support lead generation efforts through Smartsheet CRM
Convert social media content into email marketing formats
Requirements:
Proficiency in Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms
Strong English communication skills
Experience with HTML email creation
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Professional home office setup with minimal background disruption
Understanding of B2B marketing principles
Experience with social media content creation
Basic video editing capabilities (still and videos for email campaigns)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Scope:
