Job Requirements:

  • 2.5+ years proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field, with a focus on short-term rentals. 
  • Familiarity with vacation rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) and property management software. 
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. 
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring properties meet high standards. 
  • Problem-solving skills to address guest issues and operational challenges effectively. 
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate guest schedules.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage online listings across platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, ensuring accurate and attractive property descriptions. 
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, providing a seamless booking experience. 
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure properties are spotless and well-maintained. 
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. 
  • Monitor property performance metrics, including occupancy rates, reviews, and revenue, and implement strategies to improve them. 
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify necessary repairs or upgrades and coordinate their completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers for cleaning, repairs, and supplies.
