Job Requirements:

  • 2.5+ years proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of key social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creating engaging content. 
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. 
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret performance data and guide decision-making. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Core responsibilities:

  • Execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to different social media platforms, in line with industry requirements. 
  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. 
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and campaign outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and best practices to adapt strategies effectively. 
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
