Position Overview

Our Worker Ops department is hiring for a flawless executor that enjoys working with different cross-functional teams like Product & Engineering and who is dedicated to upholding operational standards and ensuring key processes run seamlessly on new feature launches. 

About the Flex Operations Team 

The Flex Ops team provides operational support to enable smooth feature launches on Ops-side by flawlessly executing critical operational tasks (e.g., standard comms, internal documentation updates, system configurations) and helping mitigate common post-launch issues that arise from our unreasonably fast product development speed. 

Primary Responsibilities as a Flex Ops Associate

  1. Execute standard pre-launch configuration tasks in (e.g. Braze, Zendesk, etc.) according to documented procedures.
  2. Draft and publish clear & accurate internal release announcements using established templates and distribution lists.
  3. Complete precise revisions to internal knowledge base articles (e.g., SOPs, feature guides) based on final product changes prior to launch.
  4. Process operational change requests submitted via Linear or Zendesk (e.g., Zapier adjustments, template updates) following defined workflows and SLAs.
  5. Perform initial data gathering and basic diagnostic checks for reported operational issues according to checklist procedures, routing effectively to engineering, product, or support tiers as required
