  • Prepare data to meet compliance for statutory, tax, and internal audits.

Brief:


We are looking for a Finance Lead to support our financial reporting process. The Finance Lead will play an integral role and report directly to the Head of Finance. This is a chance to work closely with teams across the company and build a scalable finance function to support the company's exponential growth.


Requirements

Responsibilities :


  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition using Zoho Books.

  • Assist in MIS preparation for management and Investors

  • Fixed asset register management and Audits

  • 26AS Reconciliation and follow-ups

  • Verification of TDS and GST filings

  • Data preparation to meet compliance of Statutory, Tax and Internal Audits.

  • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.

  • Coordinate with external Auditors & Audit lead for timely closing at year-end

  • Create Ad-Hoc Journal entries for deferred revenue

  • Process Reimbursements as per company policy

  • Additional duties as necessary to support the finance function

Requirements :

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant/Semi-Qualified CA with 1-5 years experience.

  • Thorough Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Accounting Principles

  • Knowledge of GST and TDS provisions

  • Knowledge of Zoho books

  • Enthusiasm and curiosity to learn

  • Strong work ethic

  • Willing to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment

 Preference :

  • Willing to join immediately

  • Comfortable with joining and working remotely for the time being

  • Location: Gurgaon (or willing to relocate to NCR when the office reopens)
