What’s unique about this role?

The Manager, Hosting will assist the Director, Hosting in management of Lighthouse’s Hosting Technician team and the body of non-client facing queue work in Relativity and related tools. Responsibilities include supervising team to ensure that all client objectives are met. Coordinating with multiple groups across teams including and not limited to PMs, Review Solutions, Production, Processing, Intake and Focus teams. Providing guidance and training to the Hosting team and handling technical escalations.

What will this person do?

  • Collaborate with Client Services and Hosting leaders in management of Hosting Technician Team, including 1:1's, mid-year and annual performance reviews, hiring and compensation decisions, reporting, administration, training and providing feedback to employees.
  • Works with HR on recruiting, interviewing, selection, hiring and onboarding of employees.
  • Maintains technical proficiency in all Hosting platforms.
  • Serves as secondary Hosting resource for queue management.
  • Communicates and works with Intake, Production, Processing, Search and Focus to ensure projects are being scoped and are moving in a timely fashion.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table
  • Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting
  • Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends)

The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.

This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
