Job description

Liquid Agency, a brand experience agency, is looking for a FREELANCE Communications Manager for Human Resources for a 12-month engagement based in Bentonville, AR.

As the Communications Manager, you will oversee HR communications primarily focused on operational aspects. Your role will involve executing HR communications for our client, ensuring clarity, compliance, and effectiveness.

 

What you’ll do:

Develop and execute HR communication strategies, ensuring clarity and compliance.

Manage communications regarding HR policies, employee programs, benefits updates, and workplace initiatives.

Coordinate with stakeholders for accurate and timely delivery of communications.

Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

Oversee production and distribution of HR communication materials.

Monitor, respond to inquiries, and track the effectiveness of initiatives for continuous improvement.

 

What you bring:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members at all levels.

Proven ability to develop cross-enterprise and external relationships, interacting successfully at all organizational levels.

Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational abilities.

Demonstrated track record of strong stakeholder management skills.

Strong initiative and follow-through skills, coupled with a collaborative, curious, and empathetic approach.

Bachelor's degree preferred, with the ability to work Central Standard Time and travel 1-2x per year as needed.

Advantageous to have knowledge of Jira, Page Proof, and MS Office.

Minimum of 5 years of experience leading internal HR communications programs, and experience collaborating with branding, marketing, or advertising agencies and external partners.
