Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Apointment Setter Specialist to identify and connect with potential clients, introduce them to Rosedale Liverys services, and schedule meetings or follow-up calls for the sales team to close deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused mindset to establish strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introducing Rosedale Liverys suite of chauffeured transportation services.
* Qualify leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with our service offerings.
* Maintain an up-to-date and organized database of prospects and leads.
* Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for the sales team to close deals.
* Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine cold-calling strategies and messaging.
* Track and report daily/weekly/monthly activities, including calls made, leads generated, and conversions.
* Stay informed about Rosedale Liverys services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales-oriented role.
* Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
* Strong ability to build rapport and engage prospects.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in handling rejection.
* Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
* Experience in the luxury transportation, travel, or corporate services sector is an advantage.
