SAP Senior Functional Consultant (SAP IS-U)

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP IS-U solutions.

• Configure and customize SAP IS-U modules to meet business needs.

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of processes on SAP IS-U.

• Collaborate with technical and development teams to ensure optimal system integration.

• Manage communication with customers and stakeholders in Greek and English.

• Provide support and training to end users to ensure effective use of the platform.

• Participate in system testing (UAT) and manage the resolution of any functional issues.

Requirements

• At least 7-10 years of experience as SAP Functional Consultant, with focus on SAP IS-U.

• Excellent knowledge of utilities industry processes (Energy, Gas, Water).

• Experience in configuring SAP IS-U modules (Billing, Device Management, Customer Service, FICA, EDM, etc.).

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to manage functional and business needs.

• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (both written and spoken).

• Experience in managing international projects and multicultural teams.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or equivalent.

• SAP IS-U or SAP S/4HANA certifications are a plus.
