About the Role

As an working student at Cognizant Netcentric, you will gain hands-on experience in requirements engineering, content editing, project management and quality assurance within a digital marketing and web development environment. You will support various project teams, learning how to translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for web developers, assisting in project management tasks, and contributing to quality assurance activities.

You will work closely with experienced requirements engineers who will guide and mentor you. Through collaboration, you will gain insight into various digital marketing customer projects, understand project workflows from concept to implementation and quality assurance, and take on independent tasks to build your practical experience.

Our teams work in both national and international settings, meaning your work will be entirely based on remote collaboration with colleagues and clients across different locations.

Your Tasks:

• Assist in the preparation, execution, and documentation of project delivery activities
• Get familiar with digital marketing technologies, e.g., Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), a leading content management system for building and managing digital experiences via helping on content editing activities
• Support project delivery from a requirements engineering perspective
• Contribute to quality assurance through software testing activities

What we are looking for: 

• Are motivated, eager to learn, and open to exploring new topics
• Are currently enrolled in a Bachelors (in the second half) or Masters degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Have a solid technical understanding combined with strong business process awareness or are willing to dive into technical topics
• Have basic knowledge of software modeling methods (e.g., UML, flowcharts, use cases) and software development process models
• Are proficient in G-Suite (Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Sheets) and MS Office
• Have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating in an international and remote work environment.
• Are proficient in English (good to very good level) and have a good command of German.
