Job Summary
Oldcastle Infrastructure Inc. (OII) is looking for a hands on Logik.io developer. He/She will be responsible for building, implementing, and supporting product configuration tools on a salesforce environment in a greenfield implementation environment of S4/Hana private cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
This position will report to the Manager of the Sales COE and will work closely with the Salesforce CPQ and SAP functional and technical teams and the system integration partner in designing, implementing, and governing the Logik.io Landscape for a large business process transformation program.

This is a remote position that can be located in any state in the US
Job Responsibilities
- Work Closely with SAP and Salesforce architects and hands-on builds, enhances, and supports the product configuration tool Logik.io, and integrated touchpoints with applications such as Salesforce CPQ, CDS, and SAP.
- Work with SMEs and end-users to determine the functional requirements for the system
- Create detailed systems documentation, test scripts, and presentations.
- Leverage business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablement.
- Hands-on code and build the application.
- Design and development of interfaces to/from existing legacy systems
- Provide general technical support in business systems analysis and conduct training as required.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other systems analysts, business teams, and implementation partner resources.
- Co-Ordinate/develop user documentation and user training.
- Support cutover activities, Provide KT and hyper-care support.
Job Requirements
- A technical background (computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics, finance).
- 2-3 years of IT consulting or front-office application management experience
- 3-5 years of business experience in selling processes with an in-depth understanding of the Quote/Lead to Cash process
- Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based selling models a plus
- Familiarity with SFDC is a plus, as is experience with CPQ
- Familiarity with Logik.io is a big plus
- Familiarity with APEX
- Familiarity in HTML/XHTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, AJAX, SOAP-based web services
- A great communicator and collaborator
- Creative and scrappy- willing to think outside the box to achieve goals and get stuff done
- Goal-oriented- motivated by reaching objectives and helping the company grow
- Strategic thinker, tactical doer- someone who can think big but isn’t afraid to dig in and do the work
- Experience in Discrete/Repetitive manufacturing.
- Experience in Make to Order, Make to Stock, Engineer to Order
- Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior-level executives.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong business relationship management skills.
- Excellent team-building, mentoring, and leadership abilities
- Preferably a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to travel (overnight) as required based on business needs up to 10%
Salary
The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000 and is eligible for performance based bonus opportunities.
