Who you are.
- You have strong product sense and an entrepreneurial mindset. You think strategically about product direction, deeply understand user experience, and consistently deliver high-impact solutions to customers. You desire a role larger than just engineering.
- You're excited about Physical AI and the transformative role of video in the business tech stack. You are genuinely passionate about innovations in video and the integration of AI into physical environments, and you're eager to lead in this space.
- You have broad technical experience. Your expertise spans several domains - incl. firmware, full-stack web, video technologies and AI. Your versatility allows you to lead effectively across multidisciplinary teams and technical domains.
- You’ve done this before. You have been a direct manager of product-driven engineering teams for at least 7 years, and have spent at least 3 focused on AI/ML products. You are passionate about building and leading teams that build great products.
- You love talking to customers and thrive in a revenue–driven culture. You participate often in customer calls, including for sales support and escalations. You’ve directly supported positive customer outcomes through your participation in marketing, customer success and sales.
- You thrive-in and create a high empathy, high accountability environment. You motivate and inspire your team, helping them grow and create an environment that brings out their best and helps them deliver outlier outcomes.
- You’re a collaborative partner that builds trust at all levels. You foster collaboration, navigate team dynamics with ease and instill confidence in others.
What you’ll do:
You will lead the engineering and product organization responsible for our AI Video Management System product that is deployed across 1,000+ customers and several thousand locations. You will democratize Physical AI by building an easy-to-use and reliable product that improves security, safety and efficiency outcomes for customers. In a crowded Video Surveillance market, you will innovate on product form and value to accelerate market share. You and your team will define the roadmap and architect and develop novel solutions to get to customer outcomes. You will own a revenue goal for your product and balance short and long term initiatives to maximize revenue growth. You will hire, lead and scale a high caliber engineering team.

Compensation and Benefits.
- Annual Base Salary Range: up to $280,000, depending on factors such as experience and location
