About the Role

SoftwareOne is expanding its Google practice globally, and we are seeking a highly motivated global program manager to drive growth, optimize operations, and scale our partner ecosystem. If you thrive on collaboration, problem-solving, and making an impact, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute strategic business plans, driving growth across prioritized initiatives while aligning global and regional markets.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals and deadlines.
  • Foster collaboration across teams and markets, building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure organizational alignment.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability across regions.
  • Analyse KPIs and business performance data, translating insights into actions.
  • Build cross-functional relationships within Swo and Google to enhance operational efficiency and goal alignment.
  • Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead complex problem-solving initiatives to drive business success.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of global and regional business performance, including revenue and ROI, to generate strategic insights.
  • Assess operational capabilities, identifying strengths and opportunities to enhance overall business performance.
  • Develop and optimize reporting processes to ensure data accuracy and meaningful insights.
  • Guide and support regional teams to align with global strategies and achieve outstanding results.
  • Partner with sales operations and strategic partnerships to scale our global reach.

  • Proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving challenges, and driving business success.
  • Clear, effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Google experience preferred
  • Partner Management or Sales experience preferred
