About This Position

As the Manager, PMO, you will be responsible for leading Net at Work's Professional Services PMO into the future. You will ensure that our consulting organization functions as a center of excellence delivering best in class, consistent, high-quality implementation experiences across our portfolio of ERP, CRM, HR, IT Managed Services, and Cloud Hosting products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate Net at Work’s PMO as a high functioning Center of Excellence.
  • Lead a high performing and engaged team of PMs who deliver incredible service to our clients on behalf of our respective BUs.
  • Drive the vision and lead the organizational architecture of a scalable PMO.
  • Collaborate with our PDs and CMs, and their cross-functional teams, to define requirements and anticipate needs to ensure project success.
  • Create and maintain project templates, project management deliverables and projects delivery schedules.
  • Create and track KPIs to ensure projects run on time and on budget.
  • Ensure all scope changes are properly documented and revenue capitalized.
  • Responsible for end-to-end high customer experience with attention to improving each client interaction including using high value collateral, running effective meetings, and creating high impact client communications.
  • Develop and cascade best practices and methodologies, leveraging and improving the PROPEL implementation methodologies.
  • Develop and manage training, coaching, skill tracking, and performance assessment for the Net at Work PMO.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks across a large, active portfolio of projects.
  • Manage & optimize PMO processes for key systems (Changepoint, Smartsheet, Dynamics, ConnectWise, etc.) to improve project management.
  • Define and automate the collection and reporting of key business metrics (e.g., project accounting, utilization, profitability).
  • Drive profitability of PMs and revenue generation of PM activities.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders & BU team leaders
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in an Information Technology-related field) or equivalent required.
  • 8-10 years of experience in project management and program/portfolio leadership.
  • Experience leading Operations and or a PMO.
  • Experience with multiple software implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
  • Financial acumen and "project accounting" experience a must.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs/key service operating metrics.
  • Professional Service Automation experience is a plus.
  • ERP/CRM/HR systems experience a plus.
  • Adept at program/project and change management.
  • Smartsheet experience a plus.
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).

Compensation And Benefits

Base salary range: TBD.

This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
