As an Infusion Systems Territory Manager, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your Team

The Infusion Systems Territory Manager is responsible for the sale of large volume infusion pumps, syringe pumps and accessories as well as Software upgrades, integration and extended Service packages to hospitals throughout the territory.

What you'll be doing
  • Achieving sales quotas through the direct sale of the company's products or services. Implement sales strategies to attain sales volume, product mix and profit objectives.
  • Call on prospective customers, deliver effective sales presentations, provide technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quote appropriate customer prices.
  • Monitor sales against forecasts and participate in the determination of market potential for the territory.
  • Work closely with customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to immediate supervisor and marketing personnel for the development of marketing policy, recommended product and product line revisions as well as pricing changes.
  • Promote the Baxter Culture through positive ongoing relationships and activities

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years’ in Medical/capital equipment sales experience or 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior Capital equipment sales experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IV Therapy and related products is a plus.
  • The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • This includes both written and oral, as well as negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Position requires ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales targeting strategies
  • Travel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas either individually or with other personnel

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000 to $132,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for commission.
