Workshop Facilitator-Job Search & Group Coaching (Part-time, Casual)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and engaging Online Workshop Facilitator to lead virtual group workshops focused on job search strategies, resume writing, interview preparation, LinkedIn, negotiation, and career transition topics. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for individuals with a background in job search support and group facilitation.

Location: Remote, US-Based in California, Washington, Texas, Missouri, or Illinois (West Coast CA or WA preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate live, interactive virtual workshops (60–90 minutes) on a range of job search and career development topics
• Create an inclusive, supportive group environment that encourages learning, interaction, and peer support
• Adapt facilitation to meet the needs of diverse job seekers and industries
• Provide insights to help enhance workshop content and participant engagement
• Collaborate with the broader coaching and program teams to align workshop delivery with client goals

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in job search coaching or advising with experience facilitating group sessions in a virtual setting
• Strong knowledge of modern job search strategies, including resumes, interviewing, LinkedIn, and networking
• Comfortable using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Approachable, empathetic, and confident leading conversations with a wide range of participants

Availability & Compensation:

• Ideally available Monday–Friday, with coverage during weekday afternoons and early evenings (Pacific afternoon/very early evening times or in the 5-8pm Central time zone).
• Part-time employment, flexible scheduling
• Compensation based on experience and session volume

Interview Process:
As part of the interview process, finalists will be asked to facilitate a sample workshop session using content we provide.
