Job description

Rockstar is recruiting for a company that blends humans and GenAI to deliver high-quality, flexible, and efficient recruiting support for smaller employers. This client provides a platform where employers with less than 50 employees can find better talent for under $2K per role (~2-3% of first-year salary). They are growing fast and building a new infrastructure for employment, seeking experienced talent professionals to help achieve this goal.

About the Role

A Senior Talent Sourcer is being hired to lead last-mile review across both inbound and outbound candidate pipelines. This individual will be the final filter before candidates get in front of clients—identifying strong profiles, spotting red flags, and ensuring quality and alignment with the role. The role involves using proprietary AI-powered tools to scale impact and collaborating directly with the clients served.

This is not a coordination-heavy or inbox management role—the focus is on reviewing profiles with precision, prioritizing standout candidates, and guiding high-value outreach. The role also involves playing an important part in improving tools and workflows by sharing technical feedback and ideas for how technology can get better.

What You’ll Do

- Perform final reviews of candidates (inbound + outbound) before they’re submitted to clients

- Prioritize top candidates and flag standout profiles for personalized outreach

- Provide quality control across sourced pipelines, ensuring high fit before screening

- Build targeted LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches for each role

- Select “ideal” benchmark candidates to align sourcing with hiring manager expectations

- Pre-decline clearly unqualified candidates before screenings are scheduled

- Collaborate directly with clients and the team to refine candidate targeting

- Use proprietary GenAI tooling to streamline work

- Share technical and process-related feedback to improve AI tools and sourcing systems

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition

- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator

- Strong ability to assess fit from a resume or LinkedIn profile alone

- Experience recruiting for US-based roles, with an understanding of US hiring standards

- Clear, professional communication skills

- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality control

- Comfortable working with AI tools and excited to help shape their development

- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities independently

- Located anywhere, but fully available during US business hours

- Contract, Full-Time

- Must be available during core US business hours (EST or CST preferred)
