About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Field Marketer to help us bring the DataSnipper brand to life through unforgettable in-person experiences in Japan. This role is part of our global Demand Generation team, with teammates in Kuala Lumpur, New York City, and Amsterdam. You’ll play a key role in supporting our field marketing efforts across the APAC region—particularly in Japan—by executing localized event strategies that generate pipeline and elevate our presence among Audit and Finance professionals.

You’ll work closely with the global team, and local Japanese team while gaining hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing a wide range of marketing events—from intimate roundtables to major industry conferences. This role reports to the VP of Demand Generation and will work closely with regional & local leadership in Japan.

What you will be doing

  • Support the end-to-end coordination and execution of in-person field events in Japan, including owned events (like DataSnipper Connect) and sponsored industry events.

  • Assist with vendor and venue coordination, logistics, budgeting, and timelines.

  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to localize campaign strategies that promote events through online and offline channels.

  • Partner with Sales and SDRs to support pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up, ensuring smooth handoffs and measurable impact.

  • Track event performance, analyze ROI, and contribute to reporting insights.

  • Help develop and maintain event planning playbooks and templates.

  • Collaborate with Content, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to align messaging and support speaker sessions or panels when needed.

  • Contribute creative ideas for localized activations, gifting programs, and audience engagement.

What we’re looking for

  • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, or related roles (internships and project-based roles welcome).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and logistics across multiple projects.

  • Clear communication skills, both in Japanese and English, with comfort interacting across functions and cultures.

  • Interest in B2B SaaS, demand generation, and working in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • A collaborative spirit, attention to detail, and curiosity to learn.

  • Based in Japan (Tokyo preferred) and able to travel domestically for events.
