Job description

Product Operations Team Intern
Location: Remote in the United States
Target Dates: June - August 2025
29 hours per week
Compensation: $20/hr

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product delivery management, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating and tracking product development initiatives
Support the product team in day-to-day operations and process improvements
Help maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports
Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and track deliverables
Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation
Help analyze product metrics and prepare data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Basic understanding of project management principles
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
