Renmoney is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Core Technologies to lead our core technology strategy and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our core technology systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with the overall business objectives. You will oversee the development and management of internal systems to support our financial products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with Renmoney's business goals and enhances core technology capabilities.
Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of core banking systems and related technologies.
Manage a team of technology professionals, providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to drive high performance.
Implement robust security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of core technology systems.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology with business processes and user needs.
Monitor and analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary to optimize efficiency.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform innovation and strategic planning.

Requirements
