Intro and job overview: 

We are seeking an enthusiastic Security Program Manager to drive our cloud and product security initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with our global engineering teams and cloud account stakeholders, manage the workloads via backlogs using an Agile Scrum model, and drive impactful security programs. You will steer and help teams deliver the creation of products that are secure by design, while reducing risk across the business. By working hand in hand with all relevant teams and stakeholders, you will ensure the company's adherence to regulatory and security requirements. Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Drive security programs for cloud and product security groups
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams and cloud account stakeholders
  • Manage security team backlogs using Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Ensure company adherence to ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance standards
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders for project scoping, critical path analysis, resource planning
  • Lead project meetings, maintain detailed notes and action items, and follow up to ensure task completion
  • Track and report status on project deliverables and milestones
  • Ensure security policies and processes are understood, practical and operational
  • Provide updates and reports on security program progress to senior management
  • Optimize processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Balance competing priorities against project delivery requirements using a risk-based approach

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in security program management
  • At least 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies, and Scrum Master experience
  • Proficiency in cloud and product security, NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 compliance standards
  • Familiarity with risk management and ability to prioritize workloads based on risk
  • Travel is generally not required beyond companywide events
  • CISSP, CCSP or other relevant AWS, Azure or GCP security certifications desirable
  • One or more program management or related certifications such as PMP, ACP, PgMP, CSM, CSP, or equivalent
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is beneficial
