Job description

This is a remote position.

PART TIME 
18hrs per week, 3 days a week, 6hrs per day 
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9AM - 3PM PST 


Job Overview:
This role focuses on identifying and reaching out to potential clients, initiating
conversations, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
 Conduct cold calls to prospective clients using a list provided or through
independent research.
 Generate leads through research, calls, and follow-ups. Introduce our services to potential clients and effectively communicate our urgent
care services.
 Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services to address those needs.
 Maintain and update records with lead information, call notes, and follow-up
actions.
 Collaborate with Business development to strategize realistic targets and trends.
 Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
 Provide the best customer service

1. Primary Care Physician Offices: Many patients may seek urgent care services when
they cannot get immediate appointments with their primary care physicians.
2. Employer HR Departments: Businesses interested in providing healthcare options for
their employees may appreciate knowing about nearby urgent care facilities for non-life-
threatening emergencies or occupational health services.
3. Schools and Universities: Urgent care facilities can provide convenient medical
services for students and staff who may experience sudden illnesses or injuries on
campus.
4. Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities: These facilities may require urgent
care services for their residents who need immediate medical attention for non-
emergency conditions.
5. Fitness Centers and Gyms: People engaged in physical activities may require urgent
care for sports injuries or other health-related issues.
6. Hotels and Tourism Offices: Tourists or travelers may encounter health issues during
their stay and may need access to urgent care services.
7. Community Centers and Events: Local community centers or events often attract
large crowds, making them potential sources of patients needing urgent medical
attention.
8. Treatment and recovery: Many patients are seeking help and trying to get into
treatment centers
9. Local Businesses: Reaching out to local businesses and informing them about your
urgent care facility can lead to partnerships for employee health services or workers'
compensation cases.
10. Pharmacies: Partnering with pharmacies can lead to referrals for patients who
require immediate medical attention but may not have access to primary care
physicians.
11. Plumbing and Construction: A Lot of accidents can happen at these jobs, and it is
our job as an urgent care to make sure they know where to go.

immigration laws and regulations. They assist individuals, families, and businesses with
various immigration processes, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
13. Plastic Surgery Offices for Pre-Op Medical Clearance- ensure that patients are
medically fit to undergo elective cosmetic or reconstructive procedures. This process
involves a thorough health evaluation to minimize surgical risks and ensure a smooth
recovery.

Requirements
Requirements:
 Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or sales.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to handle rejection and persist with confidence.
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Proficiency with tracking tools, spreadsheets, and lead tracking software.
 Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Reasonable Background for a Cold Caller (Lead Gen Role)
 Experience in Sales or Telemarketing – Ideally 2 years in cold calling,
appointment setting, or B2B (Business to Business) lead generation.
 Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with Urgent Care ( a plus) and medical
services
 Strong Communication Skills – Ability to build rapport quickly and handle
objections professionally.
 CRM Proficiency – Excel spread sheet future goal lead-tracking software
 Self-Motivated & Resilient – Comfortable making high volumes of calls and
dealing with rejections.
 Business Developemnt updates daily
 Responsible for identifying and generating leads in Orange County through
Google research.

Expected Performance Metrics
 Calls per Day: 30-50 calls a day.
 Conversion Rate: Expect 5% of calls to result in further communication with the
business development Representative.
 Qualified Leads per Week: 1-3Per week
 Appointments Set per Month: 5-10.

Key Deliverables and Expectations
 Maintain a consistent call volume with proper follow-ups.
 Generate a set number of qualified leads per week (adjust based on
performance).
 Provide detailed call reports with outcomes and next steps.
