What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Senior Salesforce Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will take ownership of our Salesforce environment, contributing actively to solution architecture and integration while ensuring continuous improvement and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the web team and various stakeholders, to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions that drive business success.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comprehensive Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
  

• Peer Code Reviews & Best Practices: Lead and participate in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
  

• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, the web team, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust solutions.
  

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements, actively contribute to revamping our Salesforce architecture and processes, and stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.
  

• Integration & Support: Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware, manage deployment processes with CI/CD tools, and provide technical support and guidance across teams.
  

KPIs:

PERFORMANCE GOALS / KPIs 

• Complete 100% of assigned sprint items by the deadline
  

• Complete all assigned advanced level of Salesforce Flows or Apex work by the assigned deadline. 
  

• 100% quality of code review
  

• Additional KPIs will be incorporated at the time of onboarding
  

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
  

• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and API development.
  

• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and administration best practices.
  

• Demonstrated ability to conduct peer code reviews and mentor team members.
  

• Proven aptitude for collaborating in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Administrator).
  

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
  

• Experience with third-party applications and integration tools.
  

• Exposure to CI/CD practices within Salesforce development environments.
  

• Industry-specific knowledge, such as experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation tools.
