Position Summary

Our dynamic, growing organization seeks a Senior Program Officer to join the Social Impact Department that will manage a portfolio of projects ranging on topics across gender equality and global health. This role will manage program strategy, execution and documenting impact. We are looking for someone experienced in program management, complex stakeholder management, facilitation, and capacity strengthening.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Partnership Engagement
Serve as project lead managing complex partners and donors to drive an ecosystem approach to collaboration.
Cultivate alignment of key stakeholders to collectively drive ecosystem initiative priorities and ensure messaging and activities are coordinated, strategic, and targeted to meet impact goals, advocacy priorities, and resource mobilization efforts.
Ensure effective communication with leadership, donors, and other collaborators on progress and challenges, creating solutions to problems before they arise.
Lead and support the advancement of impactful advocacy strategies and opportunities, coordinating across global, regional, and local platforms.
Program Oversight & Coordination
Lead on all coordination efforts for projects, supported by a Project Manager, including meeting agendas, tracking action items, creating communication tools and resources, etc. to support global partnership collaboration.
Oversee robust Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation plans to ensure accountability, track progress, and evaluate key milestones.
Develop well-informed communications strategies that drive equity and responsiveness to the needs of stakeholders and consider global context/broader perspectives.
Lead on complex event and international travel planning.
Strong facilitation skills and experience with structuring programming for large cohorts from diverse backgrounds and needs.
Oversight and accountability for sub-awards to key ecosystem partners and engaging donor and other technical partners in ensuring activities and collaboration opportunities are effectively executed on priority areas.
Partner with Finance and Operations team to implement grantmaking operations and communicating with applicants and grantees.
Experience structuring and contributing to grantee engagement communications and resources.
Knowledge Management
Identify and lead on uplifting grantee partner stories, progress, and opportunities through communication tactics leveraging the partnership’s individual and collective voice and platforms.
Capture insights and trends from partnerships to share with other practitioners and key stakeholders in a cohesive and compelling narrative.
Synthesize sector knowledge and develop methods to share with the Panorama team, partner organizations, and external audiences.
Partner with the External Affairs Team and other Panorama teams to develop knowledge products and implement dissemination plans, including capturing the reach and impact of our work.
Personnel Management
May manage Individual Contributors and/or Interns, ensuring Panorama’s performance management concepts are upheld, and supporting their professional development and learning.
Manage across team members and departments within Panorama, serving as a strong collaborator and partner.
Manage external consultants and vendors across various workstreams as needed.
Organizational Engagement & Participation
Exemplify qualities of Panorama’s Values, Culture and Mission as an impact player who embraces everyday challenges and ambiguity as opportunities to lean in and take action, and demonstrates curiosity and commitment to asking questions, learning, and adapting.
Actively contributes to the enhancement of Panorama’s culture by participating in organizational and team activities such as committee volunteerism, coffee chats, and other initiatives.
Serve as an organizational brand ambassador by representing the organization externally.
Contribute to opportunities for process improvement and service/practice strengthening towards evolving our platform for social change.
As needed, provide timely inputs for co-design and development of initiatives, proposals, briefings/debriefs, reports, and knowledge sharing efforts.
Provide required timely and accurate recording of data and other information via Harvest, Salesforce, Lattice, SharePoint, and Certify.
Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree and ten years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
Experience with complex stakeholder management and driving collaboration to bring groups together.
Experience with collaborative program design, strategic advocacy, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation.
Demonstrated proficiency in crafting clear, compelling messages tailored to various stakeholders.
Experience working in global health and with organizations from low- and middle-income countries.
Demonstrated success in global advocacy initiatives, showcasing expertise in navigating diverse cultural landscapes, engaging with international stakeholders, and supporting impactful campaigns on a global scale.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Compensation & Benefits
The starting salary for this role is between $105,000 and $112,000. When determining an initial offer, we carefully consider these factors: candidate skill and experience; room for growth within the band; and internal equity across the team.
