Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist our Project Manager, in managing various projects and tasks. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and supporting the project management team in achieving project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, including IT remediation, security improvements, and client support initiatives.
Task Coordination: Organize and track project tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors. Follow up on emails and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted and reviewed.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes.
Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client agreements.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project-related issues, escalate concerns to the project management team, and ensure effective problem-solving.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project management team, including timesheet management and task logging.

Skills and Qualifications:

Project Management: Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and team members.
Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software. Familiarity with IT and security concepts is a plus.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills.
Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
