Position Summary:
Talent Acquisition’s Sourcing Recruiter will be a team-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and be responsible to spearhead the identification of healthcare professionals and build relationships within the healthcare community. The Sourcing Recruiter will be responsible to conduct critical searches to find top talent within the healthcare industry, possessing the qualifications and experience necessary to meet Healthmap Solutions’ goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and own the candidate search campaigns using various sourcing tools and platforms
Document candidate activity in the applicant tracking system and develops sourcing strategies for healthcare jobs
Support the hiring needs for assigned departments, learning and understanding the broader organizational culture to drive intended outcomes Avoid using internal acronyms
Assist with the review and refinement of Job Descriptions using the Healthmap Job Description template(s)
Report on recruitment status, time to fill, and recruiting efforts to appropriate stakeholders and leadership teams
Facilitate the initial phone screening of applicants in the candidate pool to the recruiters, as well as phone screens or interviews when applicable
Provide reporting on recruitment status, time to fill, and recruiting efforts
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
4 years’ experience working in a high-volume, full cycle, corporate recruitment capacity
Experience using an applicant tracking system required; Jobvite experience preferred
Working knowledge of federal employment laws required
Skills:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficient with applicant tracking systems
Strong time management skills
Healthcare and Technology recruitment experience preferred
