🌍 Location: UK, Remote
💰 Salary: £70 per consultation

What You’ll Be Doing 🌟

Client Support: Provide compassionate, specialist support to individuals and couples navigating fertility challenges, treatment pathways, and reproductive decision-making.

One-on-one counselling: Deliver personalised sessions virtually, grounded in therapeutic best practices and tailored to each client’s emotional needs.

Trauma-Informed Care: Create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to process grief, anxiety, or uncertainty related to their reproductive health.

Flexible Scheduling: Set your own hours and manage your availability.

Independent Practice: Maintain clinical notes and records, operating autonomously while aligning with the values of ethical, client-led care.

Collaboration: Work alongside nutritionists, nurses, fertility specialists, and operational and research teams to deliver comprehensive care.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 🎯

You’ll thrive if you’re passionate about fertility and reproductive health and bring:

📜 Relevant Experience: A qualified counsellor/psychotherapist with membership in a recognised body (e.g., BACP, UKCP, NCS), and accredited by or affiliated with BICA.

🎯Dual registration in Ireland is a bonus!

🔑 Confidence: Ability to work within your practice scope and escalate as needed.

🌟 Empathy: Calm and reassuring presence, especially for sensitive conversations.

⏱ Organisation: Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

🏃 Adaptability: Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You will be working and reporting directly into our Clinical Services Lead - Emily Moreton. You’ll be working within our wider Patient Experience team.
