Job description

Our client is seeking a Chief Organizational Effectiveness Officer (COO) to lead their strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational performance and effectiveness. This executive role will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that improve organizational health, promote workforce engagement, and drive continuous improvement across all levels of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for organizational development that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, culture transformation, and talent management.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to assess and improve organizational performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate organizational effectiveness into overall business strategies.
  • Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Foster a continuous learning culture by promoting training and development programs.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving organizational change and improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Expertise in data analysis and performance management strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in organizational development or change management are highly advantageous.
