Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide support to our internal and external client base by managing escalated support issues by researching, troubleshooting, and communicating with vendors to provide efficient resolution.
Help develop and add to internal support knowledge base for self-help solutions.
Assist with developing, building, maintaining, and delivering training.
Assist with the adherence of the department’s electronic filing process.
Provide client-facing support to our clients on new technologies and future technology enhancements.
Assist in software integration for merger firms into the BT environment.
Assist with 3rd party vendors and their relationship with BT Tax
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
3+ years of experience in software support required. 8 or more years of experience highly preferred.
Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience administering business applications such as CCH Acxess, Thomson GoFileroom, Thomson GoRS, CaseWare or similar ideal
Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster a culture of belonging that encourages team member growth, development, and engagement valuable
Excellent time management skills required to complete assigned tasks while still responding to situations requiring immediate attention
Strong technical project management skills a plus
Must be able to communicate (written and verbal) and present effectively with all levels of staff and work well in a team-focused environment.
Ability multitask or task switch while still maintaining focus on deadlines and completing work needed
Skilled in quickly mastering and utilizing new software platforms
The compensation range for this role is $50,780 to $110,030. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
