Your mission as a Dental Territory Specialist is to apply consultative selling techniques to educate General Dentists about industry trends and Align Digital Platform offerings including Invisalign and iTero. You will be responsible for prospecting and reengaging potential customers to consider transforming an analog process with clear aligners and innovative digital solutions that make straightening teeth easier, faster, and more accessible – helping practitioners grow their business and increase patient satisfaction.
Role expectations
Apply consultative selling techniques to educate potential customers; challenge them to modernize and grow their business; assist them in implementing digital technology and refine office processes.
Drive utilization of Invisalign Clear Aligner system in low volume and previous Invisalign submitters.
Cultivate and identify new Invisalign certification opportunities by using insights and various tools including cold calling to identify opportunities.
Focused targeting and enrollment of low volume accounts into Invisalign Growth Programs.
Partner with internal sales teams to follow-up on iTero leads and book demos for iTero/Invisalign team members.
Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
Plan and execute a Territory plan, based on understanding the potential in each account in the defined geography.
Experience: 1+ year of experience. Prior sales experience a plus.
Communication: Comfortable with having clinical discussions regarding both Invisalign and iTero products.
Valid driver's license
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) preferred.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position including lifting up to 15 lbs.
