Our Human Resources team is an integral part of the HRBP Community of Practice. We enable strategic business initiatives during a transformational time. We work on organizational development and change management. HR Team is responsible for ID&E, talent strategies, annual cycle programs, workforce planning and more.

Partner with the best

This is a hands on role which will be driving both the operational and more strategic aspects of HR initiatives. You will partner closely with HRBP teams in the different international geographical theatres .

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Cooperating with stakeholders and sharing of information and best practices across teams to ensure alignment
  • Coordinating changes in legislation and support of policy development to ensure consistency
  • Monitoring internal and external trends, management of regional trackers and associated data, reporting and analytics
  • Reviewing existing regional approaches to several operational areas, and identify opportunities to streamline and improve
  • Coordinating cross jurisdictional programs and initiatives with an aim to drive quality and consistency of process, change management and education
  • Coordinating and preparing teams for business reviews, COE reviews and functional readouts.

  • Have proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills, and organizational skills
  • Have to be comfortable with ambiguity, a self-starter with a drive for results
  • Have an excellent eye for detail and excel skills with proven experience in program management
  • Be fluent in English
  • Understand the global employment law and regulations and their impact on business operations
  • Have good knowledge of business process, internal controls, and audit process
