The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sr Analyst, Partner Programs to lead and optimize our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing partner programs and incentives, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program goals, benchmark industry programs, measure and communicate performance, and drive the adoption and success of our partner programs through our Partner Business Managers.
What You’ll Do…
Program Development & Execution:
- Design, implement, and manage partner programs, including onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams (primarily marketing and Partner Business Managers) to evangelize partner programs with partners.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to track program effectiveness and present insights to leadership.
- Forecast budget utilization for programs and take additional actions as needed to ensure programs fall within budget.
Process Optimization
- Continuously refine partner processes to improve efficiency and scalability, to driver greater utilization and success on partner programs.
- Leverage data insights to recommend program enhancements.
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitive partner programs and suggest adjustments to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience
Who you are…
- 3-5 years of experience in partner program management, business development, or a related role.
Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, including experience with Excel and BI tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Strong ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
Technical & Business Acumen
- Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Understanding of SaaS, technology partnerships, or channel sales models is a plus.
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

US Pay Range
$72,250—$195,500 USD
