Position Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize Windows systems and their appropriate security posture.
• System Configuration and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software patches. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Configure new systems and apply best practice security configuration on servers.
• Manage and troubleshoot Hyper-V and VMware virtualization platforms.
• Monitor and support SAN storage, ensuring performance and availability.
• Perform system troubleshooting to resolve hardware, OS, and application issues.
• Conduct performance monitoring, log analysis, and capacity planning.
• Follow IT service management (ITSM) principles for incident, problem, and change management.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Support public cloud administration tasks (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications :

• 4+ years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator. (Server 2016-2025)
• Strong expertise in Hyper-V, VMware, and virtualization technologies
• Experience with Storage and Server Migration
• Working knowledge of SAN storage management (Pure, Nimble, Dell EMC)
• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting Windows servers
• 4+ years of experience with ITSM principles (e.g., incident/change/problem management).
• Working knowledge of at least one public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with scripting and automation (Powershell, Python, Ansible)
• Experience with implementing security controls and system hardening
• Proficiency in Research and Development of IT Solutions to address system issues
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with site/service load/balancing, clustering, high availability
• Experience with patch management
• Experience with installing PKI certs
• AD Knowledge is a plus
