We are looking for a People Advice Manager / Employee Relations Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The role can be full-time or part-time, working patterns can be discussed at interview.
This is a geographically flexible role, nationally. You will be required to travel reasonably regularly to connect with your client group and colleagues within People & Culture.

- Salary from £50,869 p.a. (pro rata for part time), depending on skills, experience and location. Pay range for greater London will be approx 5% higher and inner London approx 10% higher

This is a great opportunity for an established employee relations specialist who has a successful track record of delivering high quality HR support gained in a multi-site organisation.
As People Advice Manager / Employee Relations Manager, you'll support the business to nurture an inclusive and energising environment at English Heritage where everyone feels they can thrive, both professionally and personally.
You will lead our team of People Advisors to deliver expert advice on employee relations matters across the organisation. You'll help to ensure compliance with employment law through the provision of coaching and guidance to managers in the consistent application of our people policies.
To be considered as a People Advice Manager / Employee Relations Manager, you'll need:
- Experience of team management
- Experience of managing complex ER cases
- Experience of contributing to process improvement
- Experience of coaching leaders and managers
- Experience of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
