ROLE SUMMARY
The Director of Marketing, Field and Patient Access plays a critical role in supporting the patient and field access materials, resources, scripts, and cross functional relationships across all brands for the Field and Patient Access teams. This role is responsible for leading cross functional marketing activities that support the Field Access Leads and the Patient Access Coordinators across US Customer & Channels team within Primary Care. They will coordinate and ensure alignment to optimize field and patient access across all brand teams including customer facing, patient support and payer access deliverables, ensure patient access priority alignment with the broader organization, and enhance team dynamics and culture of the Field Access and Patient Access Team(s). The Director reports to the Head of Field and Patient Access
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with agency and Field and Patient Access leadership team to develop content and resources that will enable the execution of the Field and Patient Access strategies.
Partner with Director, Strategy & Operations to pull through best practices and innovative strategic decisions from other cross-functional FRM teams including resource design and utilization, communication plans, and other tactical execution plans as applicable.
Partner with Director, Strategy & Operations to pull through opportunities to drive operational efficiencies for short- and long-term CRM roadmap planning.
Partner with Director, Data & Analytics, Field and Patient Access to optimize and pull through strategic educational opportunity refreshes for FAL and PAC teams.
Consult with the Director of Patient Access and Director, Strategy & Operations, Field and Patient Access to align on all Polaris feature and functionality enhancements, recommend prioritization of all requests, and manage all deployment/training plans to ensure all timelines and business requirements are met for the PAC and FAL teams respectively.
Responsible for serving as the primary contact to partner with the Digital/SaS team leads to operationalize all enhancements required with the Polaris CRM system to streamline processes and create efficiencies for the FAL and PAC end users, including attending and co-owning the refinement sessions.
At the direction of the Director, Strategy & Operations, Field and Patient Access, develop and deploy communications to support the tactical operational needs of both functional teams, including FAL and PAC operational instructions (Triage, Polaris Enhancement Training, WoW updates, and other tactical communication needs as applicable)
Hold regular cadence of touchpoints with FAL Marketing Connector Team leads to create and maintain a high-level of awareness on current project workflows and project statuses to support coordinated communication plans and well-timed project roll outs.
In partnership with the FAL Marketing Connector Team, FAD Marketing Connector Lead, and Director, Strategy & Operations, Field and Patient Access, partner with agency to pull through new FAL and PAC marketing resource requests helping to support from concept creation to FAL and/or PAC resource launch.
Serve as primary PMO lead to drive workstreams on key initiatives for the FAL and PAC teams pulling in cross-functional stakeholders, as needed.
Partner closely with the Field and Patient Access Leadership team and Brand Marketing (within Primary Care) on any marketing requests and associated workstreams related to FAL/PAC support (i.e. new brands within Primary Care requesting FAL and/or PAC support).
Support the Director, Strategy & Operations, Field and Patient Access with developing a FAL/PAC capability “platform” (Field and Patient Access Strategy COE) that can be leveraged to expand this capability across other Pfizer brands currently in market.
Proactively engage on a regular basis with Marketing teams across Primary Care to better understand their patient engagement strategies.
Proactively engage on a regular basis with the CMO in partnership with the Field and Patient Access Leadership Team to understand and socialize enterprise-wide initiatives related to field and patient access.
Partner with Director, Strategy & Operations to consult on field and patient access strategies with the other Channels & Customer Platform leads (Retail, IDN, Telehealth, etc.)
Partner with the Director of Patient Access Director of Patient Access and Director, Strategy & Operations, Field and Patient Access to manage the Field and Patient Access feedback/input process to drive and prioritize key initiatives for the FAL and PAC teams, respectively.
Partner with the Director, Strategy & Operations, Field and Patient Access to develop and implement potential solutions for the Field and Patient Access teams based on market, customer, and competitor dynamics.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred.
8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience; 3+ years in marketing, operations, finance, or field access experience
3+ years in a promoted position and/or developmental role with demonstrated leadership of teams preferred.
Able to lead in a fast-paced environment.
Able to put innovation into action and foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Demonstrated track record of cross-collaboration and strong matrix team coordination/ leadership.
Able to both drive strategy and execute with speed and high quality.
