HFA is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Support Administrator to join our Power System team. In this essential administrative role, you will provide key support to ensure project data is accurately entered, deliverables are tracked, and milestones are met on time. You will assist with retrieving client documents, coordinating with local authorities and utility companies, scheduling site visits, and uploading completed deliverables to client repositories. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Job Responsibilities
Our Product Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and data entry support to our Power System team for project deliverables. This role is critical to the success of our team in ensuring project data is downloaded and deliverables are completed, tracked, organized, and delivered on time with a high level of quality. Specific project related deliverables and tasks will also be the responsibility of this role.
Proficiency in basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proactive and organized - the candidate effectively manages multiple concurrent projects and tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Must possess strong verbal/written communication skills, the ability to produce work independently, and effectively coordinate with team members
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to ensure project milestones are effectively achieved
Self-motivated and focused to complete tasks with minimal oversight
Job Duties
Retrieve client documents for the teams to use to complete projects
Request information from local authorities and utility companies using project templates
Assist team and subcontractors in scheduling onsite visits to clients’ sites
Enter dates and project data in clients project database
Upload completed project deliverables to client repository
Data entry to complete specific project related deliverables
