Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Learning Business Partner to support our Talent Development & Employee Experience function. This role combines strategic learning consultancy with operational excellence, acting as a trusted advisor to the VP while also collaborating closely with the organization to drive initiatives that align with Cityblock's mission and vision. This highly visible position will play an integral role in building a culture of continuous learning and enablement, ensuring that learning solutions and programs are closely aligned with our organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in learning and development, project management, and curriculum design, along with a proven ability to build strong business relationships across a multidisciplinary organization. This individual will also serve as a critical operational partner to the VP of Talent Development, overseeing strategic initiatives, project management, and team collaboration to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Build a culture of continuous learning by identifying, consulting, and implementing strategic enterprise learning solutions and programs that align with Cityblock’s mission and vision.
Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to assess and address training and development needs that support key business objectives.
Liaise between the business and instructional design/learning program manager to create tailored learning solutions that meet the unique needs of clinical and non-clinical roles across the organization, or partner and support the consult the business in best practice approaches in development of their own solutions, supported by tools and templates.
Design, develop, and implement both short-term and long-term strategic initiatives to foster growth in multiple roles and specialties, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Ensure all learning solutions are scalable, accessible, and impactful by integrating best practices in curriculum design and delivery.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement programs that enhance clinical and non-clinical practices, supporting both individual and organizational growth.
Foster strong team collaboration through leadership, project management, and coaching.
Lead and drive special projects, tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing regular updates to leadership.
Develop and implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
Prepare materials for leadership meetings, ensuring alignment with business goals and the department’s strategic direction.
Support the VP in short and long term planning, work-backs, data and metrics across Talent Development and Employee Experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or organizational development

The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:
Min 95,400; Mid 128,800; Max $162,200
