Job description

This is a remote position.

An amazing opportunity to work with an Australian Universal Design and Accessibility Company as an experienced, vibrant and highly motivated Junior Administration Assistant.

Reporting to the Director and working with direction from the team you will be a self-starting, highly organised and experienced Junior Administration Assistant.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with preparing quotations and reports
  • Project support and planning
  • Coordinating activities and meetings with other team members
  • Monitoring project workflow
  • Assisting with social media
  • General correspondence and electronic filing
  • Creating PDF reports using Adobe
  • Ongoing maintenance and business improvement using Trello, Mailchimp and other systems as required
  • Accounts payable, receivable and assisting with debtor management
  • Project coordination and administration duties
  • Liaising with clients and external parties
  • Participating in regular and ongoing professional and personal development activities and company events
  • Actively contribute to a safe and healthy work environment
  • Any other duties and project work as reasonably requested




Requirements
  • Degree qualified
  • At least two years of experience in an administrative role
  • Great attention to detail
  • Exceptional technical skills in Microsoft Word
  • Experience with Xero, Trello, Mailchimp and Dropbox is preferred but not essential
  • Strong task and time management skills
  • A desire to help promote equitable access for everyone
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly organised, process-oriented
  • Results-driven, goal-focused, and efficient
  • Experience working in a virtual environment with a small, specialised team is desirable

Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

• Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)

• Use of time tracking software during work hours

• Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON

• Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift

• Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task

 

⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits

1.     Monthly Salary: Php30,000

2.     Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month

3.     You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

4.     Probation: 6 months and after Probation             

  • 10 days annual leave credits
  •  5 days of sick leave

5.     HMO offered after 6-months probation

6.     Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days

7.     Annual Appraisal

8.     Laptop provided after 30 days

9.    Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.

10. SHIFT TIMES: 5:30AM to 2:30PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
