The Physical Product team, led by Kristina, is looking for a new member for the position of Buyer for a food category.

What you will do:

• Research market trends and customer needs to discover new product ideas and expand our range effectively.

• Develop products that fit Vilgain’s brand and appeal to our target audience.

• Source reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective suppliers for our own-brand products.

• Negotiate strong deals to get the best pricing, terms, and stock levels.

• Collaborate with teams to plan product details, packaging, and pricing.

• Manage the full product journey, from idea to launch and ongoing improvement.

You will likely succeed if you:

• Have proven experience in product development, sourcing, or buying roles within the food or consumer goods industry.

• Are an innovative thinker with a passion for food and brand development, always looking for creative solutions.

• Possess a solid understanding of supply chain management, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes.

• Excel in negotiation skills, capable of securing the best deals and favorable terms.

• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects at once.
