Our US-based client, a full-service creative agency specializing in branded content and digital storytelling, is seeking a Media Buyer to optimize paid media campaigns with a strong focus on Google and YouTube Ads. This role is essential for driving lead generation success across high-budget accounts, particularly within the financial services and fintech sectors.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, and is excited to collaborate with a small, senior-level team. If you’re a sharp, analytical media buyer who’s comfortable managing large budgets and delivering results, we’d love to hear from you.

 
Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and YouTube campaigns to meet CPL and CPA goals.
  • Collaborate with the senior media buyer to execute lead generation strategies for high-value clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and adapt accordingly.
  • Oversee monthly ad spend of $100K+ across multiple accounts.
  • Contribute to media planning and performance reporting on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Media Buyer, with 1–3 years specifically managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record working within financial services, insurance or fintech sectors, with a focus on lead generation.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Comfortable managing monthly media budgets of $100,000 or more and optimizing campaigns to meet CPL and CPA goals.
  • Strong command of English and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, fully remote team environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
  • Must adapt to Pacific Time Zone

Nice to have

  • Background primarily focused on lead generation campaigns rather than e-commerce.
  • Experience managing US-based accounts and familiarity with the market's performance benchmarks.
