This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Long-term 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 5 PM) with potential longer hours to full-time so flexibility is required.

  • Review and check details in agreements and other legal documents with precision
  • Coordinate and book appointments, managing schedules effectively
  • Assist in preparing legal documents under professional supervision
  • Act as a liaison between lawyers, banks, agents, and clients
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations
  • Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and productive work environment
