Job description

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help build buzz, connect with customers, and grow the client’s brand presence. This is a unique role where you’ll wear a few different hats - you’ll work on projects like content creation and graphic design to lead generation and data tracking. 

📍 Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based)
⏰ Schedule: Approx 30 hours per week, PST (California) hours
💼 Role Type: Independent Contractor
💸 Rate: ₱450/hour (starting, based on experience)

The company: You’ll be working with a California based agave wine brand on a mission to embrace simplicity, and live purely. They’re an additive free, lower ABV drink with a focus on sustainability and commitment to minimizing environmental impact. 

What you’ll do: You’ll work directly with the CEO and Co-Founder on a variety of projects to bring fresh ideas to life and help shape the marketing and sales approach across California (and beyond!). This includes:

📞 Lead Generation & Outreach
  • Identify and research potential retail, hospitality, and event partners throughout California.
  • Conduct outreach (calls/emails) to invite accounts to sample our agave wine.
  • Track outreach activity, follow-ups, and interest in a simple CRM or spreadsheet.
📊 Data & Admin Support
  • Enter and organize data in Excel or Google Sheets—think lead lists, sampling logs, and campaign metrics.
  • Help build simple performance reports to support decision-making and track ROI.
  • Jump in on special projects and help with research and data when needed.
🎨 Content & Graphic Design
  • Design eye-catching visuals in Canva for social posts, digital flyers, tasting menus, and marketing materials.
  • Help maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all platforms.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns around events, tastings, and seasonal promotions.
  • Craft compelling, on-brand content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), email newsletters, and our website.

About you
✅ Legally eligible to work in PH as an Independent Contractor
✅ Strong fluency in written and verbal English
✅ You must have your own laptop / computer and secure, high speed, secure internet access
✅ 2+ years in a Digital Marketing, Sales Development or similar role
Proficient in spreadsheet management (Excel / Google Sheets) or and database software
✅ Graphic Design experience to include Canva, Figma (or similar)
✅ You’re a confident communicator—comfortable hopping on calls or emails with potential leads.
✅ You’re organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling different tasks.
