What will Sr. Channel Marketing Specialist do:

The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to support channel partners. This includes creating marketing programs, managing joint campaigns, and aligning efforts with sales and product teams. The role focuses on driving partner engagement, analyzing performance metrics, delivering impactful content, and building strong partner relationships. Additionally, the manager will plan events, webinars, and conferences to promote collaboration and learning across the partner network

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Channel Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support channel partners.
    • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
  2. Program Management:
    • Develop and manage channel marketing programs, including promotions, incentives, and joint marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with channel partners to ensure effective execution and alignment with objectives.
  3. Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align channel initiatives with business priorities.
    • Provide marketing support to channel partners, including training and resources.
  4. Performance Analysis:
    • Track and report on the performance of channel marketing programs, using data to drive continuous improvement.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend optimizations.
  5. Content Development:
    • Create and deliver engaging content for channel partners, such as newsletters, presentations, and case studies.
    • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all partner communications.
  6. Relationship Management:
    • Build strong relationships with channel partners, acting as a key point of contact for marketing activities.
    • Foster collaboration and open communication to ensure mutual success.
  7. Event Planning and Execution:
    • Plan and execute channel events, webinars, and workshops to promote engagement and learning.
    • Coordinate participation in industry conferences and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
